Matt is working on his certification through Zach Weiss’ Water Stories training, focusing on decentralized water retention landscapes. In 2024, Matt attended a workshop with Zach Weiss, helping to build pond systems and terraces on the Oregon coast. He has also completed a mineral balancing course through the Crescive Method, helping to enhance the nutrient profile of foods grown on their own farm in addition to other farms and gardens in the Spokane region. Matt and his wife Faith, through their business Soil Dynamix, help farmers grow productive, disease free, nutrient dense crops.
