Faith is certified by the Soil Food Web to qualify and quantify soil microbiology using microscopy. When beneficial microorganisms are present, they perform nutrient cycling, suppresses disease, build soil structure, which increases the water holding capacity, reduces runoff and leeching, and much more. With her husband Matt, they have created their company Soil Dynamix. Their goal is to help farmers and gardeners grow healthy, nutrient dense food with microbes and minerals.
